T.O. Honiball (1905 - 1990) Set of Five Handsigned Lithographs `Adoons-Hulle`. Includes 6 Postcards

Thomas Ochse Honiball was a South African cartoonist and caricaturist. In addition to his political cartoons he also published the Oom Kaspaas series. He loved to portray animals as having human personalities and qualities and produced two series to that effect, Jakkals en Wolf and Adoons-Hulle, the latter related to the experiences of a baboon family in the Magaliesberg. He retired in 1974.

This is a signed set from T.O. Honiball's "Theme and Variations" collection. This set comprises five individually signed lithographs, of which one is a printed and hand-signed folder containing the four remaining individually hand-signed prints. There are also six black and white postcards included, four of which are limited editions.
