For the die-hard chilli fan. Fancy some Netflix and chilli? Since 1968 Tabasco® pepper sauce still in much the same way prepared in Louisiana on Avery Island. The sauce is obtained from red Tabasco peppers, carefully selected by the Mcllhenny family.

After harvesting, the peppers pureed and ripen them to three years in barrels of white oak, giving the specific flavour is obtained. Tabasco® sauce is the seasoning in many dishes, and is distinguished from other pepper sauces fermented by the intense flavour.

Tabasco® sauce is widely used in cocktails, pizzas, pasta, meat, fish, and egg dishes but also combines fantastic with savoury snacks such as Sweet Chilli BBQ Popcorn.
