NEW! 320 in height and 250mm broad with a plate thickness of 9mm and an encapsulation of 3mm (thus 12mm thick). Weighs in at about 3.5 kg per plate. (20mm greater in height than the 300x250, as it is meant for a plate carrier) LV III and will resist all the threats as indicated on the illustration. Will easily resist 9x19mm Parabellum and .45 ACP at 5 meters. Will resist 12ga slugs. Will resist 30-06 as well, however, not rated to resist such. Fully SABS approved, has received highest rating from ARMSCOR as well. Will absorb the fired projectile as well as the shrapnel, leaving a single bullet hole w/ zero penetration/compromise. No hazardous spalling produced by the plate, which might injure the arms, thighs, neck, chin, face. The plates are beveled on top, both sides, to allow for better arm dexterity.
