This is Talking Ferdinand, a logging locomotive from the Thomas & Friends "Take-n-Play" die-cast range.

Key Features

Talking Function: When the button on his cab is pressed, he speaks several phrases and his headlamp lights up.

"Yippee!"
Various whistling and chuffing sounds.
Design: He features a distinctive teal blue color, a grey cab with a crossed axes emblem, and comes with a matching tender.
