Tamagotchi Connexion Corner Shop 2 Nintendo DS

Tamagotchi Connection: Corner Shop 2 is a shop simulation and mini-game collection game for the Nintendo DS. The main goal is to partner with a Tamagotchi character and run various shops in the Tama Mall, upgrading them to "Royal" status by serving customers and earning "Gotchi Points". 

Gameplay Overview

The game is played primarily using the Nintendo DS stylus and touchscreen, with the microphone used in certain mini-games. 

• Shop Management The core loop involves choosing one of three initial partners (Mametchi, Memetchi, or Kuchipatchi) and running various businesses. The player must satisfy customer requests through unique mini-games for each shop. Successful service increases the customer's happiness level and contributes to the shop's reputation.
• Upgrades and Progression As a shop's reputation grows, Princess Tamako will visit and offer to expand and upgrade the store. Upgrading all shops to their maximum Royal status is the main objective and unlocks a fourth, secret partner character.
• Gotchi Points Points earned from successful transactions can be spent in an optional "care mode". In this mode, players can buy snacks, clothes, and furniture to decorate their partner Tamagotchi's living space and customize their appearance, though the partner doesn't require "care" to survive, unlike the virtual pet toys.
• Social Features The game supports wireless connectivity, allowing players to trade items and send personalized message cards or screenshots to friends who also own the game. 

Shops and Mini-Games

There are twelve unique shops in the game, including two unlockable combination shops. 

• Initial Shops
• Burger Shop: Catch the correct ingredients tossed by your partner to create the customer's requested burger.
• Cake Shop: Mix ingredients, bake the cake for the correct time, and decorate it as requested.
• Florist: Arrange flower bouquets using the right flowers, wrapping paper, and decorations according to customer specifications.
• Gas Station: Fill cars with gas, replace tires, wash, and wax them.
• Unlockable Shops
• Airport: Serve airplane passengers requested items like food or blankets.
• Boutique: Create customized clothing items, including coloring and adding accessories with the stylus.
• Bowling Alley: Set up the bowling pins for the customers.
• Clinic: Diagnose and treat patients by using the correct medical tools and medicine based on their symptoms.
• Concert Hall: Perform a rhythm game by tapping instruments in time with the music; some sections require using the DS microphone.
• Sushi Bar: Prepare sushi on a conveyor belt, ensuring correct ingredients (including wasabi) are used for each customer.
• Combination Shops
• Music-Clinic: A fusion of the Concert Hall and Clinic, where players tap medical tools in rhythm to heal a sick crowd.
• Sushi-Bowl: Combines the Sushi Bar and Bowling Alley mechanics.
