South Beach Tan is a revolutionary tanning product that accelerates the production of melanin, the pigment that absorbs ultraviolet radiation and gives skin its colour. The more melanin you have in your body, the darker your skin tone & the more protection you have from UV radiation. Fair skinned people have very little natural melanin and therefore exposure to the sun results in uncomfortable and unsightly sunburnt skin which is red in colour and fades fast.
Melanin production is supercharged with South Beach tan & minimal sun exposure is required to achieve a beautiful deep tan.
With regular use, South Beach Tan will boost your natural tan & will assist those with a fair complexion to achieve a deep natural tan without sunburn and overexposure to the sun. No matter what your skin type, South Beach Tan will accelerate and boost your natural tan. This will be greatly amplified with safe periods and short spells of sun exposure. The result is a healthier, natural looking tan all year around without prolonged exposure to the sun or ultra violet lights.
STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR SOUTH BEACH TAN
If this is your first time purchasing South Beach Tan, you will need to purchase two bottles to kick start the tanning process.
The reason 2 bottles is absolutely necessary to start is because the active ingredient in South Beach Tan takes 3-4 weeks to develop your desired tan. We are all genetically different and your skin type will play a factor, therefore 3-4 weeks is a guideline.
STEP 2: LOAD During the loading phase, you will be taking the product 3 times daily. Short periods of safe exposure to the sun is recommended to get the best effect. We suggest 10 minutes of sun exposure daily (or 20 minutes every 2nd or 3rd day) to really stimulate the active ingredient. These short periods of sun exposure can be spent walking outdoors, gardening or doing any form of outdoor activity. Sunblock should be used on the face at all times. Once you have reached your desired tan, the loading phase is complete.
STEP 3: MAINTAIN
The product will now be used for maintenance of your tan. During the maintenance phase, you will only requirethe use of South Beach Tan twice a week. Your maintenance bottle will last approximately 6 weeks or more. If you do still spend occasional time in the sun whilst using South Beach Tan, you will notice how just 15 minutes of exposure will dramatically deepen your tan. No more spending hours in the sun nor UV damage.
PREPARATION:
1. Remove the clear cap off the white nasal spray nozzle
2. Prime the nasal spray before first use: Hold the bottle upright and pump 1-3 times until it forms a uniform mist. The nasal spray is now ready for use
3. Keeping the bottle upright, insert the nasal spray into your nostril, about 1cm is sufficient
4. Pump the spray whilst you inhale simultaneously through the nose. With every pump, push the pump device completely down to ensure correct dosage
5. Clean the spray nozzle after use with a clean cloth, replace the clear cap and put your product in the refrigerator.
LOADING DOSAGE: This is the initial dosage for the first 3 days
DAY ONE: TWO PUMPS (one in each nostril)
DAY TWO: FOUR PUMPS (two pumps in the morning and two pumps at night)
DAY THREE: SIX PUMPS (two in the morning, two in the afternoon and two at night)
MAINTENANCE DOSAGE: Thereafter, keep to six pumps daily for approximately 3 weeks whilst your tan develops.
Stop this dosage when your desired tan is acquired. Pending on how fair you are to begin with, you might require longer. If you notice any disproportionate colouration around the chin or mouth, you are overdoing it and you need to stop the “loading phase”.
To assist the loading phase, we recommend 10-20 minutes of safe sun exposure 3 times a week. If this is not possible, some light sunbed sessions will assist.
