Tankless Instant Water Heater 6kW - Save on Electricity & Water

Our instant hot water heaters will save you a massive 40% on electricity and 30% on your water bill. A standard shower of around 5 minutes using a traditional geyser could cost around R2.50; a standard shower using our unit will cost around R0.75c.

How It Works:

The unit mounts on any surface (shower, bathroom wall, inside a cupboard), then gets connected to a cold water tap, and when you open your tap for hot water – VUALA – Instant hot water as you need it. 

With a temperature control you determine how hot you want your water.

There is no cylinder or tank to keep water hot like a traditional geyser; hence the 40% electricity saving as there is no water to keep warm – instant hot water as you need it.

This multi-point unit can supply up to 3 outlets with instant hot water; e.g.  Shower, basin and sink.

Technical Details & Installation Requirements:

1. As with any water heating device you will need a Pressure Reducing Valve on your cold water line before reaching the water heater device.  We sell these at an additional R250.
2. If you intend on using the water heater as a multipoint device in a shower with 1 or 2 other points you will need a tap to cut off water to the shower from the device; we sell these at an additional R75.
3. 30amp circuit breaker installed at DB board.
4. 30amp isolator switch to be installed at the unit.
5. 4mm twin & earth cable to be used to connect to distribution board.
