Taste of India

Drawing from my background and extensive travels, I created a unique range of herb and spice mixes bringing you taste sensations from around the globe. Our Taste of India spice mix adds a refreshing mild curry flavour twist to your meat and vegetable recipes. The recipe was created from the most common herbs and spices used in Indian dishes to create a unique and mild curry flavour base for your home cooking.

I have always loved curries and have had the honour of having many Indian friends over the years. From them I learned to appreciate the traditional flavours and understand what spice and herb combinations go in to create them. It is from this experience that I created the Taste of India spice mix.

This original recipe is designed to give a curry flavour whilst remaining only mildly spicy. I combined fenugreek, ginger, mustard seeds and chilli powder for the spiciness and tempered it with mint, parsley and basil.

We use only the best quality non-GMO herbs in our products and our herbs are dried naturally.
