Drawing from my background and extensive travels, I created a unique range of herb and spice mixes bringing you taste sensations from around the globe. Our Taste of Provence adds authentic French flavour grilled foods such as fish, meat, as well as vegetable stews. Using a blend of herbs common to French cuisine, we bring the favours of France to your home cooking.
This original recipe is my take on "Herbes de Provence", which is an aromatic mixture of dried Provenal herbs and spices, which are most commonly used in French cuisine, although the flavours also pair well with Mediterranean cuisine.
Many of the traditional recipes don't include lavender blossoms. I include them in my original recipe as they always make me think of Provence and its abundant lavender fields, but more importantly I find they add something extra and delicate to the dishes.
We use only the best quality non-GMO herbs in our products and our herbs are dried naturally.
