The computer automatically enters "Lock mode" when the user is away from the effective range
The computer automatically resumes normal operation when the user is back within the effective range
Once the computer enters "lock" mode, a password is required to use the computer if the transmitter is not in range to unlock it
If a user reboots the pc, one of two things will happen: if the transmitter is within range, it will automatically unlock the computer. If the transmitter is out of range, then the pc willl be locked and a password is required.
One transmitter can be shared with several computers.
