By picking up the telephone handset it will transmit the telephone conversation over the FM band and can be received by a an FM receiver tuned between 88 to 92MHz. (mounting tape included)

A unique feature of the fm telephone transmitter is that no batteries are needed to operate the circuit since power is taken from the telephone line.
