2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Teltonika OTD140 is a ruggedized 4G outdoor router built for deployments where there's no cabinet to hide a router in - street cabinets, EV chargers, smart city equipment, and other exposed infrastructure. It ships in a durable IP55-rated PC+ASA plastic housing with an integrated mounting bracket, and uniquely offers PoE-in and PoE-out on its two Ethernet ports, so it can both be powered over a single cable and power a downstream device (e.g. a camera) through the same link. It runs Teltonika's RutOS and is compatible with the RMS remote management platform, with industrial protocol support including Modbus, MQTT and SNMP.
