2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Teltonika RUTX10 is a non-cellular industrial Ethernet router - it has no SIM slot or modem - built around four Gigabit Ethernet ports, dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac, up to 867 Mbps), and Bluetooth Low Energy. It targets small-to-mid-size office and industrial LAN deployments needing a robust wired/wireless gateway with enterprise VPN support (OpenVPN, IPsec, PPTP, L2TP, DMVPN) rather than a cellular WAN uplink. Note this is confirmed as an Ethernet-only router despite sharing the RUTX chassis with Teltonika's cellular models.
