2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Teltonika TRB145 is an ultra-small, low-power LTE Cat 1 gateway built around an RS485 serial interface, designed to add cellular connectivity to industrial equipment such as PLCs, energy meters, and building automation controllers that communicate over RS485/Modbus. It runs RutOS with VPN (OpenVPN, IPsec), firewall, SMS control, and RMS remote management, plus configurable digital I/O for basic control and status monitoring. Its compact aluminium DIN-rail housing is rated for -40C to 75C, making it well suited to unattended remote-monitoring deployments.
