1) All Product returns or Exchanges will be send to the manufacturer / Supplier / Distributor for a full inspection and assessment Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a full inspection and assessment by the product supplier / manufacturer / Distributor every supplier / manufacturer / Distributor have its own Policy to exchanges and returns
2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
NOTE ON SUPPLIER TITLE: the supplier's title ("Layer 2+, Managed Switch, Profinet") does not match the real TSW210 - that description actually belongs to Teltonika's TSW202 (PoE) or TSW212 (non-PoE) managed switches. Multiple independent sources (Teltonika's own product line-up and several resellers) confirm the TSW210 is in fact an UNMANAGED, non-PoE switch - it is the plain fibre-uplink counterpart to the TSW200, for sites that need 2 SFP long-range fibre ports and 8 Gigabit copper ports but do not need PoE or managed features. It shares the same rugged DIN-rail aluminium housing as the rest of the TSW2xx family.
