2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Tenda TEG1120P-16-250W is a rack-mountable Gigabit PoE switch built for powering and connecting larger networks of cameras, access points, and other PoE devices. It offers 20 ports in total: 18 Gigabit RJ45 ports plus 2 Gigabit SFP slots for fibre uplinks, with 16 of the RJ45 ports delivering PoE/PoE+ power (802.3af/at) to connected equipment.
With a switching capacity of 40Gbps, the switch comfortably handles simultaneous full-speed traffic across all ports without bottlenecking, making it suitable for multi-camera CCTV installations or office networks with several PoE access points. The switch supplies up to 230W of total PoE power across its 16 PoE ports (up to 30W per port), enough to run higher-draw PoE+ devices like PTZ cameras or outdoor access points without needing a separate injector.
As an unmanaged switch, it works straight out of the box with no configuration required. The all-metal rackmount housing suits comms cabinets and server racks in business or installer environments.
