We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Tenda CH9-WCA is a dual-lens outdoor security camera, not a networking bridge it pairs a fixed wide-angle lens with a motorised pan/tilt telephoto lens so it can watch an entire yard while simultaneously zooming in on a specific area, like a gate or driveway. Combined resolution is 6MP (3MP + 3MP): the fixed 4mm lens covers roughly 82 degrees horizontal/45 degrees vertical, while the 6mm PT lens swings 0-260 degrees horizontally and up to 90 degrees vertically, letting the two lenses work together for "dual-lens linkage" tracking.
Night vision comes from six IR illuminators and six spotlights, giving full-colour night footage to roughly 30 metres. On-board AI uses deep-learning detection to distinguish humans and vehicles from background motion, and supports line-crossing, intrusion, and perimeter alerts with customisable detection zones, reducing false alarms from pets or passing traffic.
