2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Tenda CP7 is a smart indoor pan/tilt Wi-Fi camera built for full-room coverage and easy remote monitoring. It pans a full 355 degrees horizontally and tilts 155 degrees vertically (90 up, 65 down), so a single camera can cover an entire room rather than just a fixed angle. The 5MP sensor captures sharp, detailed footage, and built-in Wi-Fi 6 support gives it better resistance to interference in busy wireless environments than older camera models.
Smart features include human detection, motion tracking, baby-cry detection, and a one-click 360-degree panoramic patrol mode with six programmable preset points, so the camera can automatically sweep key areas of a room. Two-way audio lets you talk through the camera from the companion app, and a sound-and-light alarm can scare off unwanted visitors.
Footage can be stored locally on a microSD card (up to 128GB), pushed to the cloud, or saved to a compatible NVR/NAS setup. Power is supplied over USB-C, and setup and live viewing are handled through the Tenda app.
