2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Tenda 4G03 Pro turns a SIM card into a full home or small-office network. It's built around Cat.4 LTE, giving theoretical download speeds up to 150Mbps and uploads up to 50Mbps, with broad band support (B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28AB FDD-LTE, B38/B40 TDD-LTE, plus WCDMA fallback) that covers the vast majority of South African mobile network bands.
On the Wi-Fi side it runs 802.11b/g/n on 2.4GHz at up to 300Mbps, enough for typical browsing, streaming, and multiple connected devices in a home or small shop. Two external, detachable 4G/3G antennas pull in a stronger mobile signal than most pocket routers manage, while a pair of 10/100Mbps LAN/WAN ports let you also run it as a wired router or fail over to a fixed-line connection.
Setup and ongoing management are handled through the free Tenda WiFi app (iOS/Android), with plug-and-play support for over 100 mobile operators worldwide.
