2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.
The Tenda Nova MW3 (2-pack) is a whole-home mesh Wi-Fi system designed to blanket multi-room homes in a single, seamless wireless network, no more switching networks as you move between rooms. Each unit runs on the 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5) standard at AC1200 class speeds (300Mbps on 2.4GHz, 867Mbps on 5GHz), and the two nodes work together using 802.11k/v/r roaming protocols to automatically hand devices off to whichever node gives the strongest signal.
Together, the 2-pack is rated to cover up to roughly 2,500 sq.ft. of living space, with support for up to 40 connected devices across the mesh. MU-MIMO support helps the network serve multiple devices at once without one heavy user slowing things down for everyone else.
Setup and ongoing management are handled entirely through the Tenda Wi-Fi App, which walks you through pairing the nodes and lets you monitor and adjust your network from your phone. Each node includes two 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports for wired connections where needed.
