The tap is used in multiswitch installations. It is used to extract the signal from the multiswitch bus. The bus with the signal from one Quatro converter consists of four wires. Additionally, the tap also emits a terrestrial TV signal. The tap has a DC transfer switch which, when set to the "ON" position, transmits DC voltage through the "H" tracks to both branches. When set to the "OFF" position, it passes voltage only to one branch. Taps SD-510 R70516, SD-515 R70517 and SD-520 R70518 allow you to ensure optimal signal level at a given installation point.
