Product OverviewThe DS90LV031ATMX/NOPB is a quad CMOS differential Line Driver designed forapplications requiring ultra-low power dissipation and high data rates. Thedevice is designed to support data rates in excess of 400Mbps (200MHz) utilizinglow voltage differential signalling (LVDS) technology. It accepts low voltageLVTTL/LVCMOS input levels and translates them to low voltage (350mV)differential output signals. In addition the driver supports a tri-statefunction that may be used to disable the output stage, disabling the loadcurrent and thus dropping the device to an ultra low idle power state of 13mWtypical. The EN inputs allow active low or active high control of the tri-stateoutputs.
