In addition, the TLC271 offers a bias-select mode that allowsthe user to select the best combination of power dissipation and AC performancefor a particular application. This device uses Texas Instruments silicon-gateLinCMOS technology, which provides offset voltage stability far exceeding thestability available with conventional metal-gate processes. Using thebias-select option, this device can be programmed to span a wide range ofapplications that previously required BiFET, NFET or bipolar technology.
