The Texecom Premier Elite 64-W is a professional hybrid alarm control panel designed for residential, commercial and light-industrial security installations. It combines 32 onboard Ricochet wireless zones with 4 onboard wired zones, giving installers the flexibility to use wireless devices, existing alarm wiring or a combination of both. With support for multiple areas, up to 50 users and further system expansion, it is well suited to properties that need a scalable security platform rather than a fixed-size alarm kit.

- Starts with 32 wireless zones onboard. The integrated Ricochet receiver supports up to 32 compatible wireless devices without requiring a separate wireless expander.
- Expands for larger installations. Wireless capacity can be increased to 64 zones, while the total system can support up to 76 zones depending on the combination of compatible wired and wireless devices.
- Supports wired and wireless protection. Four programmable wired zones are built into the panel for connecting compatible detectors, contacts and other hard-wired devices.
- Controls separate sections independently. Four areas allow different parts of a property, such as a house, garage, office or storeroom, to be armed and managed separately.
- Accommodates multiple authorised users. Up to 50 programmable user codes can be created for residents, employees, contractors or other approved users.
- Records important system activity. The 500-event log stores time-and-date-stamped information to assist with alarm reviews, maintenance and fault finding.
- Provides flexible arming options. Each area supports three part-arm modes, allowing selected zones to remain protected while other parts of the premises are occupied.
- Suitable for Grade 2 installations. The panel supports EN50131 Grade 2 Class II systems when correctly installed, programmed and commissioned.
Compatibility & App Support
The Premier Elite 64-W is compatible with selected Texecom Ricochet wireless motion detectors, door contacts, shock sensors, smoke detectors, keyfobs, keypads and sounders. It also supports compatible Premier Elite wired keypads, zone expanders, output modules and communication devices. A separate compatible keypad is required for local control because this is the standard 64-W panel, not the 64-W LIVE model with an onboard keypad. Texecom Connect app control, Texecom Cloud services and remote diagnostics require a compatible SmartCom or SmartCom 4G communicator, suitable internet or cellular connectivity and installer commissioning.
