The Texecom Premier Elite 640 Grade 3 Control Panel is a high-capacity security platform for large commercial, industrial and institutional installations. It can manage up to 640 wired and wireless zones across 64 independently controlled areas, making it suitable for sites with multiple buildings, departments or restricted sections. Eight onboard data networks allow keypads and expansion modules to be distributed throughout the property. The panel has no onboard detector zones, so a professional installer can build the required system capacity using compatible wired or Ricochet wireless expanders.

- Supports flexible system expansion. Compatible options include wired zone expanders, Ricochet wireless expanders, output modules, relay modules and Premier Elite keypads.
- Provides monitored system power. The included 2.5A switch-mode power supply supports the panel and connected equipment, while the enclosure accommodates a suitable backup battery.
- Suitable for Grade 3 applications. Independently tested to applicable EN50131 standards and PD6662 Grade 3, Environmental Class II requirements when correctly designed and installed.
Compatibility & App Support
Compatible with supported Texecom Premier Elite keypads, Premier Elite 8XP wired expanders, Premier Elite 8XP-W and 32XP-W Ricochet wireless expanders, OP16 output modules and other suitable Premier Elite accessories.
Texecom Connect, Texecom Cloud and compatible remote diagnostics are available when the panel is fitted with an appropriate SmartCom or SmartCom 4G communicator. The panel does not include built-in Ethernet, Wi-Fi, mobile-data communication or a Ricochet wireless receiver.
Professional system design, installation and programming are required.

Did You Know?
- The Premier Elite 640 intentionally has no onboard detector zones. All system zones are provided through compatible expansion modules, allowing the installer to position detector connections throughout a large site rather than routing every cable back to the main panel.
- Wireless capability is optional rather than built into the panel. Ricochet detectors can be added using compatible 8XP-W or 32XP-W expanders, allowing wired and wireless devices to operate within the same overall system.
- App operation requires a separate compatible communicator. Adding a SmartCom or SmartCom 4G enables supported Texecom Connect and cloud services but the communicator is not part of the standard CAE-0001 package.
