De Reis van Jan Cornelisz. May naar de ijszee en de Amerikaansche Kust 1611-1612

Hardcover published 1909 by'S-Gravenhage Martinus Nijhoff, no jacket. A volume of the "Werken Uitgegeven door De Linschoten-Vereeniging I" (being volume 1 of the series of 118 volumes published, the last in 2019), "Versameling van Bescheiden Uitgegeven door Mr. S. Muller Fz.". The boards are square, with minor bumps to the corners, and the spine is sunned. There is a very short run of fraying at the foot of the spine.. The first and last few pages show some tanning and sporadic foxing, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. There are several pairs of unopened pages. The fold-out map at the rear of the book is present and intact.
