Shipping
* We offer national economy mail with tracking number or Express Mail Counter to Counter
* Items will be shipped once receiving cleared payment. Allow 36 hours for order processing.
* Parcels paid for on a Friday will be sent on a Monday.
* Postage is not done on Weekends or Public Holidays.
* We take no responsibility in the event of you supplying us with the incorrect shipping address
Please note: Once parcels leave our hands and are shipped to you we have no control over the
parcel. We package it firmly on our side, but if mishandled, lost in transit, opened or stolen,
please lodge a complaint with SAPO. We have proof, written and stamped from SAPO
that we have sent the parcel, which we will scan and email to you should you have any discrepancy.
* Once we send your parcel, we will supply you with your tracking information via email.
You can track the parcel within 24-36 hours as it takes the postal service some time
to get the parcels scanned into the system. You can track it via the internet or
by contacting the call centre please do not just rely on one, try both methods.
* If your parcel is returned to us, there are costs involved to resend it.
*We unfortunately do not allow collections.
* We do not ship outside South Africa
* Postage Fee includes: Packaging, Packaging materials, Admin and Handling fees.
Returns
* We offer a return policy as long as the items are returned in their original condition.
A refund will be issued only after items are received and checked by us.
* We offer a 7 day return policy from the day you receive the item.
You may return the items for a full refund less shipping.
* We will email you a cancellation of order which needs to be accepted by you
for the full refund. It is a standard requirement on our side as this assists
us in claiming our fees back from Bidorbuy.
* Shipping costs are not refundable, buyer pays for return shipping.
* If you do not follow the requirements, you will not be considered for a refund.
* Refunds are done within reason and by discretion of AddOnline
Payment
* We accept Bobpay EFT and Credit card payments.
* We do not accept Cheques
* Payment is required within 7 days of close of items(s)
