Hard cover book with unclipped dust jacket. Dust Jacket has tear at top of spine and pink water mark inside the dust jacket which is not visible on the front side. Name inscription in pink pen on cover page.

Book is still tightly bound with no loose pages. Pages are starting to yellow with foxing. Slight buckling from moisture. Otherwise book is in nice condition for its age.
