How to defrost your Sourdough like a pro:
Defrost your loaves overnight, preferably, until they are soft and spongy to the touch.
Preheat the oven to 220 to 260 degrees C and place the bread in the centre of the oven when temperature is reached.
Bake for around 10 to 15 minutes until the loaf is hard and dark golden brown in colour.
Take the bread out of the oven and place on a cooling rack to allow it to cool before slicing.
Slice and store in paper or freezer bags or use straight away for the best eggs on toast or sandwiches in town!
