Hardcover published 1921 by H.F. & G. Witherby, no jacket. "A record of travel during the Great War, with some suggestions for administrative reform", continues the title. The boards are clean and square, but have many spots of surface (probable) insect damage, mostly on the front. An ex-libris label is pasted onto the inside front board. There is foxing / spotting throughout the book, but is mostly confined to the perimeter of the pages, except for the first and last few pages, where it is heavier and throughout. All pages are otherwise clean and undamaged, and still well bound. Illustrated with several black and white photographs.
