 This attractive tabletop unit, measuring 160(d) x 310(w) x 430(h), powered by 40watt 220volt light bulb, is shipped as a flat pack and takes less than 15 minutes to assemble using only a screwdriver.  It is recommended to hang 1.5kg of wet meat at a time which will deliver between 900g - 1kg of biltong.  The vent holes are covered on the inside with fly screen - so no worries on that score !!!
