Hardcover published February 1977, no jacket. The boards are clean and square. There is a faint triangular liquid stain at the foot of the spine on the inside front and rear pastedowns, this liquid having also slightly affected the pages in the same place, throughout the book. Name stamp of a previous owner appears on the inside front board. The page opposite contains a signed dedication by the author, to this previous owner, who appears in the photograph on page 37. The names have been corrected in the title to this photograph, and a correction has been neatly tape onto this page.
