The Boer Wh*re tells the story of Susan Nell, a teenage rape victim in a British concentration camp at Winburg during the Anglo-Boer War at the turn of the twentieth century.
Nell became one of the worlds first female psychiatrists, and then champion of female victims of the so-called Japanese comfort stations during World War II.
