Spine sunned, faded, but title, author name and publisher in gilt lettering intact. Small, faint brown stain at lower edge of rear panel, otherwise the boards are reasonably clean, somewhat darker around the edges due to handling. Corners rubbed, lightly bumped. Edges of the boards rubbed with light scuffing to head and heel of the spine. Small brown stain to top edge of text block. Small golden shop sticker on front pastedown. Endpapers age-toned with light foxing, front and rear. Light foxing on the lower edges of the prelims. A couple of isolated, random, insignificant small tobacco stains and a light thumb smudge or two, but on the whole the text-block is clean; free of foxing, no inscriptions, no underlining or highlighting, no annotations or marginalia. Securely bound, no loose or missing pages, no tears.
