The title of this book may be misleading to South African readers. It is not about the Khoi and San people of Southern Africa, but rather a guide to the methods and practices used in the bush handcrafts which are practiced in the outback of Australia. First published in 1943, this book has been reprinted many times, and editions as recent as 1975 can be found. Interested readers can consult the Contents page in the image gallery for a list of topics covered.
Neat leather-bound volume in very good condition. Clean and unmarked, with tight, square binding. The leather binding shows some edge wear and a few hairline cracks across the spine, but is sound and still attractive with fine silver titling on front cover.
