Original 20$ banknote, 18.2 cms x 8.2 cms, RH corner missing otherwise condition: very good.

The  bank at Shreveport issued the following types of currency:
1st Series (Denomination & Dates):  $5 – 1860s
2nd Series:  $10 – 1860s
3rd Series:  $20 – 1860s
4th Series:  $50 – 1860s

This is the $20 note, New Orleans is spelt Nouvelle Orleans on the reverse.
