Condition: Good. The boards are clean and bright, with a few isolated spots of foxing along the rear hinge. A small chip to lower edge of rear panel. Edges of text block foxed. Front and rear endpapers clean and bright with a few isolated, small spots of foxing. A few isolated spots of foxing in the prelims and progressively less in the introductory pages. A rare couple of instances of isolated foxing in the text block which, on the whole, is clean and crisp: no other stains, no inscriptions, no highlighting or underlining, no annotations or marginalia. Binding is secure; text is complete: no loose, missing, or torn pages.

Jacket Condition: Fair. Jacket still clean, bright, and reasonably intact, aside from these defects: Sticker ghost and residue in top corner of front panel. A few isolated spots of foxing on front and rear panels and their upper and lower edges. Light rubbing and light creasing to top edge. A 15x20mm chip at the head of the jacket's spine; and foot of the spine rubbed. Light abrasive marks at top of rear hinge. Faint water stains around head of spine and lower third of rear panel. Inside of jacket foxed, with large water stains to upper and lower edges.
