The bottom left corner of the front cover has a deep tear (plese see pictures)
The rest of the set looks good
The paints have never been opened (I'm not sure whether paint expires or not though)
Both the booklets inside are in fantastic condition
Pages are undamaged
Cover shows the tear mentioned and minor creases along the folds
No writings or highlighting
Very minimal scuff marks
The magnetic closure works perfectly
