A fashionable and attractive ART NOUVEAU style silver plated Butter/Caviar Dish with the classical patterns engraved upon the extended rim of the dish as well as around the edges of the Domed Lid. The item rests solidly upon three feet which are designed in what is best described as an Empire style. The items patterns are UNIQUE to these particular types of item and because there are NO markings or stamps I cannot date the item correctly. Although Definitely VINTAGE , it could be way older

There are 2 small dents on the Lid which can be pressed out. The Lid's finial handle on the front has broken off and is missing, causing the Lid to be imbalanced and it therefore remains open although it CAN close. Otherwise the item is in PERFECT vintage condition with NO rust and the ONLY damages are those I have mentioned
