THE EMPIRE ANNUAL FOR BOYS - 1918??

RTS, no date but there is a prize giving inscription in the front of the book dated 1918.

Hardcover, no jacket as issued. The book is hinged both front and back but still pretty strongly bound (they don't make 'em like they used to!). It has obviously had quite a lot of handling as the cloth covers have rubbing. There is also a small purple ink smudge on one page but this hardly affects the text at all. There is quite a bit of age staining on the pages but it is charming book, many amusing 'old fashioned' boys' stories with seven coloured plates and 16 black and white illustrations.
