Hardcover by Joyce Wrinch-Schulz, undated, but introductory note by chairman D.D. Morgan is dated November 1982. The jacket is clean, but edge-worn and rubbed in places, and there is a piece missing from the head of the spine. The black faux leather boards with gilt titling are clean and square. There are small smudges at the corners of the first and last pages, and some very minor creases to some of the pages, but they are otherwise clean and unmarked.
