Paperback, published in 1986 by David Philip, Publishers. This copy, second impression 1992. This is a facsimile edition of the 1920 text with a new introduction by T.J. Couzens and new illustrations by Walter Friedrich, edited by the author's son, Douglas Cornell; 336 pages.

This is the memoirs of Frederick C. Cornell about his wanderings in search of copper, gold, emeralds and diamonds at the beginning of the nineteen hundreds. 

The book is in very good clean condition. The first page with b/w photo's has a small tear and fold at the top corner. There is a little hole in the page.

This autobiography will take the reader into remote areas of the Kalahari and South West Africa (Namibia) as the author knew it.
