Hardcover first published 1968 by John Long. The paper jacket is whole, but worn and rubbed and marked on the faces and folds, with wear and small chips and tears to the edges. The board are clean and square. Pages 60 to 90 have a crease / indentation to the top corners. Apart from the name of a previous owner in pen on the first end-paper, the pages are clean and unmarked.
