Published in 1877 (MDCCLXXVII) Oxford" Printed at the University Press for the British and Foreign Bible Society, with 1216 pages. Hardcover, binding intact, scattered foxing, mainly around edges. Judging by the end pages, this copy was restored by new binding and a new spine. It was professionally done. The front and back pages are bevelled. The corners are chaffed and shelf-rubbed around the edges. On the front board are two pieces inserted bearing the names of the owners and address. It seems that the title page at the beginning of the New Testament is missing. The Old Testament ends on page 928 and the New Testament starts on page 931. The text is in double columns. Pasted on the inside of the back board are newspaper clippongts. See photographs for more info on condition. No shipping overseas.
