Hardcover first published in Great Britain 1965, by Hamish Hamilton Ltd. The jacket is whole, with several chips and short tears to the edges, and two short tape-marks to each of the inside flaps. The boards are clean, but the spine is cocked, and slightly loose. Tape marks, name stamp, and name in pen as well as a price in felt-tip on the first end-paper. Rear end-paper also shows tape marks. Some scattered foxing, mainly to external page edges, but pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
