Hardcover first published 1964 by B.T. Batsford. The card jacket is edge-worn, and rubbed and creased along the folds and faces, with several small chips and tears to the edges. The reverse is foxed along the spine.The boards are clean and square, with a slight crease the length of the spine. There is a narrow crack to the binding at the inside front board. The signature of a previous owner appears on the first end paper, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
