The House of Forbes edited by Alistair and Henrietta Tayler

A first edition hardcover published by The Third Spalding Club in 1937

Original green cover boards with gold writing to the spine and Spalding Club crest to front cover, previous owners have sellotaped the spine and inside front and rear internal covers as per pics, I haven't tried taking it off, the internal binding appears tight and strong,  first page has presentation from Rt Hon Lord Forbes to Alexander Forbes dated 16 October 1937, the pages appear lightly agecoloured,  the fold out map is in place at back of book.
