I have received an empty envelope - whoever took the book did not even bother to seal the envelope again. I would suggest you cover the lid with selotape (the sticky, wide one) in future because looking at it, it was quite easy to open. I paid for uninsured mail so I guess I cannot hold it against you but I send all my stuff (coins) economail and have never lost anything because i make 100% sure no-one can open my parcels.
