The bulldog is the undisputed symbol of the British breed, and the British policeman or bobby is know all over the world. The artist has cleverly characterised the British bobby as a bulldog in this fun character.

These pieces were made in modest quantities from ground marble by Mr John Biccard in his Cape Town Studio and are collector items. They are intended to be handled, viewed from all angles and to make you smile, thus giving pleasure. Each piece carries the artists monogram.
