Hardcover first English edition published by Collins and Harvill Press, 1960. The jacket is whole, with wear and minor chips and tears to the edges. There are narrow strips of sunning to the edges, and the spine is sunned. The green cloth boards with gilt titling are clean and square. The top external page edges are shelf-dusted, and the bookplate of a previous owner is pasted onto the first end-paper. The pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
